I have been very blessed in my life to be influence by some great men, and God definitely knew what he was doing when he put them in my life. Not only are they outstanding magicians, but they are strong men of God as well. This is just a little short bio about them.

When the human language was being developed, the person that came up with the word "mentor" had to be thinking of a guy like Del Wilson. He has been doing magic most of his life and is responsible for more people falling in love with magic than anyone I know. He has traveled all over this country performing gospel magic, written many books, and has also put out a few videos in an effort to pass his knowledge along. But the best thing about Del is that he always keeps Christ first in his life, and he is very out-spoken about his faith. He is one of those true friends who will tell you when your wrong, and can show love at the same time. We all need to have a Del Wilson in our life. I love ya, bud!
Master Magician/Mentalist Doug Anderson
God has never made a better performer than my next inspiration, Doug Anderson. If you ever want to see what magic is truly supposed to look like, this is where you go. Besides his magical talent, he is a very strong man of God and becomes a true friend to everyone he meets. Even though he has reached levels of success that many will never know, he always willing take the time and pass along his knowledge to the next generation. I am very lucky to call this man a friend.

Last, but certainly not least, is my good friend, Mike Platten. Mike is the owner of Spot-Lite Magic and Costumes in Tulsa, and is one of the main reasons that magic thrives in this area. He is always seeking to find ways to help magicians continue to learn more about their art, and is always available when someone needs advice and direction. Mike is an amazing family man and lives with his beautiful wife and two children. He is also a very accomplished magician in his own right, and can always be counted on to come up with ideas and suggestions that will help improve any show. He is not shy when it comes to telling about his relationship with Jesus, and runs his life, family, and business on strong, Biblical principals.
